Subscription Terms for Businesses

These subscription terms apply to all businesses that subscribe to the Beauty Danmark platform. These terms are B2B terms (business-to-business) and do not apply to consumers. Consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply to these terms.
These subscription terms supplement our Terms of Trade, which govern the general use of the platform. Both documents must be accepted when subscribing.

Definitions
In these subscription terms, the following definitions apply:
- Subscription: An ongoing agreement for access to the Beauty Danmark platform in exchange for payment.
- License: A unit that grants the right to create and operate one store profile on the platform.
- Billing Cycle: The period (month or year) that forms the basis for payment.
- Renewal: Automatic extension of the subscription at the end of a billing cycle.
- Cancellation: Termination of the subscription agreement according to applicable notice periods.
Subscription Types and Prices
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT.
Monthly Subscription
- Price: 500 DKK per license per month (excl. VAT)
- Payment: Automatic charge each month
- Flexibility: Can be cancelled with current month + 1 month notice
Annual Subscription
- Price: 4,000 DKK per license per year (excl. VAT)
- Savings: 33% discount compared to monthly payment (equivalent to 2,000 DKK per license)
- Payment: Automatic charge once a year
- Commitment: Can be cancelled with 1 month notice before expiration
VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT (25%). VAT is added at payment in accordance with applicable Danish law.
Licenses
Each license grants the right to create and operate one store profile on the platform. You can purchase additional licenses for your company at any time.
Trial Period
Current Trial Period:
There is currently a free trial period until March 1, 2026.
Trial Period Terms:
- If you create a subscription before this date, your first payment will not occur until March 1, 2026
- To use the trial period, you must subscribe with a valid payment card
- You get full access to all features during the trial period
- You can cancel the subscription at any time during the trial period at no cost
After the Trial Period:
At the end of the trial period, payment will automatically be charged from the registered payment card, unless you have cancelled your subscription beforehand.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices with 60 days written notice.
Notification of Price Changes:
- All partners will be informed by email
- A notice will be displayed in the dashboard
- The new price takes effect at the next billing cycle after the notice period
Your Rights Regarding Price Changes:
- You can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
- If you cancel within 30 days after the notice, you may be entitled to a refund of prepaid amounts for the period after the cancellation date
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA-Dankort
- VISA
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
Secure Payment:
All payments are handled securely via QuickPay (payment gateway) and Clearhaus (acquirer). Your card details are not stored on our servers and are handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Updating Payment Information:
You can update your payment information at any time via your dashboard under Licenses → Subscription Details.
Billing Cycle
Monthly Subscriptions
- Payment is automatically charged each month on the same date as the original registration
- If the date does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), payment is charged on the last day of the month
Annual Subscriptions
- Payment is automatically charged once a year on the anniversary of the original registration
- For leap years and similar, the date is automatically adjusted
Invoicing
- You receive an invoice by email after each successful payment
- Invoices are available in your dashboard under Licenses → Billing History
Automatic Renewal
Important: All subscriptions renew automatically.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you actively cancel
- Payment is automatically charged upon renewal
Annual Subscriptions
- Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you actively cancel
- Payment for the coming year is automatically charged upon renewal
Renewal Confirmation
- You do not receive separate notice before each automatic renewal
- By accepting these terms, you accept automatic renewal of your subscription
How to Avoid Automatic Renewal
To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription within the applicable notice periods described in the section "Cancellation from Your Side".
Failed Payment
If a payment fails automatically, the following will take effect:
Notice Period (14 days)
- You receive notification by email about the failed payment
- You are given a 14-day deadline to pay the outstanding amount
- You receive reminders about the missing payment
- You can complete the payment via your dashboard
During the Notice Period:
- You retain full access to the platform and your data
- You can edit and update your store profiles
After the Notice Period
If payment does not occur within the 14-day notice period, the following will take effect:
- Your store will be deactivated and unavailable for public visits
- Your store will be removed from search results on the platform
- You will lose access to edit your store profile
- You retain access to export your data for an additional 30 days
Consequences for SEO:
Deactivation of the store will affect the store's SEO and rankings, which will be lost within a few weeks.
Reactivation
- After payment of the outstanding amount, your store will be reactivated within 24 hours
- SEO and rankings may, however, take longer to rebuild
Cancellation from Your Side
You can cancel your subscription via your dashboard under Licenses → Subscription Details, or by contacting us at info@beautydanmark.dk.
Notice Period for Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month plus one full month (running month + 1 month)
- Example: If you cancel on March 15th, your subscription expires on April 30th
Notice Period for Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation must be submitted at least 1 month before the subscription expiration date
- If cancellation is submitted less than 1 month before expiration, the subscription will automatically renew for another year
- The cancellation will only take effect at the end of the renewed subscription year
- Example: If your annual subscription expires on June 1st, you must cancel by May 1st at the latest. If you cancel on May 15th, the subscription will automatically renew to June 1st next year
Upon Cancellation
- Your subscription continues until the effective cancellation date
- You do not lose access to the platform or data before the cancellation date
- Your store is removed from search results on the cancellation date
- You retain access to export your data before the cancellation date
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is registered. Verify that the cancellation date is correct.
Reimbursement and Refunds
General Principle
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
Refund Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation from your side, payments for the remaining subscription period are not refunded. You retain access to the service until the cancellation date.
Refund Due to Our Error
In case of major problems with your account or our services that are due to errors on our side, we may offer a refund on a proportional basis. Contact us at info@beautydanmark.dk to discuss your situation.
Refund Due to Price Increase
If you cancel your subscription within 30 days after notice of a price increase, you may be entitled to a refund of any prepaid amounts for the period after the cancellation date.
Refund Due to Significant Changes
If a significant change to the service negatively affects you (cf. Terms of Trade), you have the right to cancel your subscription with immediate effect and with a refund within 30 days after notice.
Processing of Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval
- The amount is returned to the original payment method or via bank transfer
- For partial refunds, the amount is calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to change these subscription terms from time to time.
Notification
For significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email to the registered email address.
Acceptance
Continued use of the platform after the notice period is considered acceptance of the changed terms.
Right to Cancel
If you do not accept the changed terms, you must cancel your subscription within the notice period. Upon cancellation due to significant changes, you may be entitled to a proportional refund.
Minor Changes
Minor changes, corrections, or updates may be made without notice, but will be documented in the version history.
Effective Date
These subscription terms take effect when you:
- Accept the terms when subscribing
- Accept the terms when purchasing additional licenses
- Continue your subscription after a change to the terms
The terms apply until your subscription is cancelled and expired.
